Shipping Charges:
Dream City offers free shipping on all orders above Rs. 3000. For orders below Rs. 3000, a shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be applied to the order total.

Order Processing Time:
We strive to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Tracking:
Dream City provides delivery tracking on all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these details to track your order and see its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only offer shipping within India. We do not offer shipping to international locations.

Returns and Exchanges:
Dream City offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it.
